We want your buying experience to be simple, secure, and transparent. This policy explains how we accept payment, when your order is confirmed, and how your financial information is protected. Placing an order means you agree to these terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely through Stripe. We also accept direct bank transfer (ACH/wire) to our US business account routing and account numbers provided at checkout. PayPal is available for orders under $5,000. Afterpay is available on eligible products, splitting your purchase into four interest-free installments. Cash on delivery is available for local pickups/deliveries only, arranged in advance.

Bank transfer orders aren't confirmed or dispatched until funds clear (typically 1–2 business days) use your order number as the payment reference.

Currency & Tax

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery location and added to your total, unless a product is tax-exempt. If purchasing for a registered business, provide your resale/tax-exemption certificate at checkout; a tax invoice showing tax separately is issued automatically on payment confirmation.

Payment Timing & Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received and verified. Custom/modified containers require a 30% deposit to start work, with the remaining 70% due before delivery. Orders of three or more containers require full payment upfront to lock in pricing. Delivery scheduling requires a non-refundable $500 deposit to confirm your date and driver. You'll get an order confirmation email within 24 hours, including your invoice and estimated delivery date.

Payment Security

We never store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. All card payments run through Stripe (256-bit SSL, PCI-DSS compliant), and our site uses HTTPS encryption throughout.

Payment Plans

Afterpay splits eligible purchases into four equal payments, interest-free approval and limits are set by Afterpay, not us. For orders over $3,000, contact info@amgshippingcontainerperth.com before ordering to discuss a custom deposit/balance arrangement.

Failed or Declined Payments

Declines can happen due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, bank security holds, or spending limits. Contact your bank first, then retry. Your cart holds items for 48 hours; reach out if you need an alternative payment method.

Invoices & Receipts

You'll receive a payment confirmation immediately and a full tax invoice within 24 business hours (after funds clear, for bank transfers). Need a duplicate or revised invoice? Email info@amgshippingcontainerperth.com with your order number we respond within 1 business day.

Fraud Prevention

We may cancel orders showing suspicious payment activity and will contact you to verify identity before proceeding; high-value orders may require additional ID verification. Fraud or chargeback abuse is reported to relevant authorities.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time, effective once published here. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
