We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards, all processed securely through Stripe. We also accept direct bank transfer (EFT) to our Australian business account — your BSB and account number will be provided at checkout. PayPal is available for online orders under AUD $5,000. For eligible products, we offer Buy Now Pay Later through Afterpay, allowing you to split your purchase into four fortnightly instalments at no extra cost. Cash on delivery is available for local Perth metro pickups and deliveries only and must be arranged in advance with our team.
Please note that when paying by bank transfer, your order will not be confirmed or dispatched until the full payment has cleared in our account. Please use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your transfer quickly. Bank transfers typically take one to two business days to clear.
Currency
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10%, unless stated otherwise. AMG Shipping Container Perth operates as an Australian business under Australian Consumer Law, and all transactions are processed in AUD.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a registered Australian business, please provide your ABN at checkout. A full tax invoice showing the GST component separately will be issued to you automatically upon payment confirmation.
Payment Timing and Order Confirmation
Your order is not confirmed until full payment has been received and verified. For custom or modified containers, a 30% deposit is required to secure your order and begin any modification work, with the remaining 70% balance due before delivery or collection. For large orders of three or more containers, full payment upfront is required to lock in your pricing and availability, as prices are subject to market fluctuations and are only guaranteed once full payment is received. For delivery scheduling, a non-refundable deposit of AUD $500 is required at the time of booking to confirm your delivery date and allocate a driver.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours containing your order summary, estimated delivery or collection date, and your official tax invoice.
Payment Security

Afterpay is available on eligible products, allowing you to split your total into four equal fortnightly payments with zero interest. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. This can happen for a number of reasons, including insufficient funds, incorrect card details, your bank flagging the transaction for a security review, or a daily spending limit on your card. If your payment is declined, we recommend contacting your bank first to authorise the transaction and then attempting payment again. Your selected items will remain in your cart for up to 48 hours. If you continue to experience issues, please get in touch with us and we will help you arrange an alternative payment method.
Invoices and Receipts
Upon successful payment, you will automatically receive a payment confirmation receipt to your registered email address, followed by a full GST tax invoice within 24 business hours. This invoice meets the requirements of the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). For EFT payments, your invoice will be issued once funds have cleared in our account.
