What you see is what you pay. All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD). Unless clearly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include sales tax, applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery location, consistent with US sales tax rules (tax is generally based on where the item is delivered, not where the seller is located).
The only additional cost beyond the listed price and tax is delivery, calculated by location and site requirements and always shown clearly before you confirm your order. No hidden fees or surprise surcharges.
We may update prices at any time without notice. Once your order is confirmed and payment received, your price is locked in and won't change, even if the listed price changes afterward.
Sales Tax
AMG Shipping Container is a registered seller for sales tax purposes in the states where we're required to collect it. Sales of containers, modifications, accessories, and delivery services are subject to state and local sales tax, calculated based on your delivery address. Tax is added at checkout, not included in the listed price, unless a product is specifically marked tax-exempt. Your invoice will always show the tax amount separately.
Tax Invoices & Business Exemptions
Every purchase comes with an invoice showing the price, tax charged, and total paid. If you're a business buying for resale or another tax-exempt purpose, provide a valid resale/exemption certificate for your state at checkout or to our sales team this lets us apply the correct tax treatment. Without one, standard sales tax applies; we can revise an invoice if a valid certificate is provided within 30 days of purchase. We recommend confirming your exemption eligibility with your accountant, since we can't provide individual tax advice.
Custom Container Pricing
Custom/modified containers are quoted individually based on scope, materials, and complexity. Quotes are valid for 14 days and broken down by base cost, modifications, delivery, and tax. A 30% deposit locks in the price and starts production; the agreed price won't change afterward unless you request additional scope changes.
Discounts & Promotions
Promotions are advertised on our site with clear terms, expiry dates, and any exclusions. Discounts can't be applied retroactively to confirmed orders, and only one code applies per order unless stated otherwise. We may withdraw or modify offers at any time.
Quotes & Price Validity
Written quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise; after that, prices may change. A quote isn't a binding agreement orders are confirmed only once payment/deposit is received and we issue written confirmation. Verbal quotes are estimates only.
Sales to Minors
We don't knowingly sell to anyone under 18. Placing an order confirms you're 18+ or purchasing on behalf of a registered business. Orders placed by a minor without guardian consent may be cancelled and refunded.
International Sales
We primarily sell within the United States. For international/export orders, extra documentation, port handling, and customs costs may apply, and separate terms apply contact info@amgshippingcontainerperth.com before ordering. Export sales may qualify for different tax treatment under applicable export rules; we'll confirm this with you at the time of order.
Governing Law
